About Us

High Pine Ridge is a development of Cook Development, L.L.C. Mr. Thomas Cook is the Managing Director of the company and has many years experience working with developers in the United States, the Caribbean and Central America with his company TC Xports, Inc. His family has owned property in East Tennessee for thirty years. Mr. Cook is dedicated to delivering a development that excels in quality and location. He has the vision, support, and ability to ensure that High Pine Ridge is not only a sound investment, but a fabulous place to live full or part time. Mr. Cook, his wife and young son live part time in Mountain City, in a 1900 Victorian farmhouse carefully renovated by the Cooks to its original grandeur.
